Subsea Riser Products is 100% owned by Acteon Group.  Acteon is a group of specialist subsea equipment and service companies.  Through structured collaboration SRP is able to offer a fresh, integrated approach to subsea and riser equipment provision through client-authorized project integration with other Acteon Group companies.

In practice this means that (strictly) in accordance with our clients’ preferences SRP is able to offer a solution in which services such as systems analysis and front-end engineering through to fabrication, storage, installation or maintenance services may be grouped into a single contract placed on one of our companies.  Although in certain circumstances clients will prefer to individually contract these functions, the benefits of interface management within the Acteon Group, without the increases in costs associated with the subcontracting model can be significant.

Aquatic is an independent operator of powered reel and tensioner systems for the global oil and gas industry.  With more than 30 years’ experience of operating such equipment Aquatic are able to assist in providing equipment for flexible riser or umbilical hook-up thereby interfacing with SRP riser equipment to host floating production facilities.  This example is just one of many.

Claxton provides engineering and services to the offshore jack up drilling community across the life of the asset from pre-drilling to drilling, production and decommissioning.  With a range of in-house equipment supported by over 25 years of experience Claxton is able to integrate and mobilize, run, demobilize, store and maintain SRP jack-up riser equipment.

Fluke is a premium steel fabricator specializing in anchor components with 2 significant facilities in Brazil.  In both Macaé (Rio de Janeiro) and Vitória (Espirito Santo) Fluke provides heavy fabrication services supplying components to almost 100Te unit weight based on a firm foundation of technical ability.  Fluke offers SRP an integration facility in which we can bring pipe, connections and structural steel to deliver a complete range of subsea and riser components.  

Pulse is the leader in marine structural monitoring and has been responsible for the provision of highly successful monitoring systems and services since 1998. Pulse provides equipment to deliver crucial condition/status information about the performance of riser systems enabling early warning of integrity issues enabling proper planning of inspection and intervention.  SRP aims to make all of its equipment “monitoring ready”.

2H is a global engineering contractor specializing in the design, structural analysis and integrity management of riser and conductor systems used in the drilling and production of offshore oil and gas reserves. 2H has offices in all regions of the world and is able to offer a 'best in class' system design service, combining riser equipment from SRP and others.
