Quality and Safety Earns Early ISO Certification

Subsea Riser Products has secured ISO 9001:2008 certification well ahead of expectations.

Since its inception SRP operated within a robust quality management system in accordance with ISO9001 and worked with outside consultants to ensure that the regular audits that are needed before external certification can be sought were successful.  In February 2009 SRP was audited by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance who confirmed that SRP had an established quality culture and certification was issued for “Design and supply of riser products for the subsea oil and gas industry”.

Simon Luffrum, SRP’s managing director said, “We’ve made tremendous efforts to maintain and enhance our quality management system and we look forward to developing it yet further as we grow and develop over the coming years.  The award (and how quickly it has been possible to achieve it) is a credit to our staff who have been responsible for working within and optimizing this system.”
