Acteon acquires Precision Engineering Design

PED employees and facilities will now work within the newly established, Subsea Riser Products Ltd (SRP), which is a sister to 2H Offshore, riser engineering specialists, within the Acteon Group.

SRP has been formed by Acteon as vehicle with which to better coordinate the range of resources already within the group to address the growing market for specialist riser products for ultra-deep and ultra high-temperature/pressure service in the offshore oil industry.  SRP is already engaged in advanced negotiations with clients for a range of supply scopes and the PED acquisition will provide much needed resources.
