SRP Appoints Simon Luffrum as Managing Director

Simon Luffrum has worked within the group for more than 10 years in the UK and abroad.  Most recently Simon has served as a director of 2H Offshore Engineering Ltd in the UK.

Simon has worked on wide range of high profile oilfield development projects including Kizomba A & B, Shah Deniz, P-55 and Akpo.  A civil engineer by training Simon’s unique skills as both a manager and an engineer will enable SRP to grow whilst adjusting to the needs of the oilfield components market.

Asked about the move Luffrum responded, “I have always enjoyed both meeting technical challenges as well as helping others to meet them as part of a team.  My challenges are greatly reduced by the calibre of the team we have assembled here.
